Payment Details

 

1.  After you have registered online, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS within 2 days indicating your registration status, as well as payment amount.

 

2. Once your registration is successful, please proceed with the payment within 3 days, or your registration will be invalidated.

 

• a. Please transfer the correct amount via ATM transfer/iBanking to UOB Current

           Account No. 348-304-451-6 (Bedok Branch)

• b. For group registration, each person will need to make the payment individually.

 

3. Once payment is done, please WhatsApp/SMS to Faiqah (90028294) the following information:

 

     <Name><NRIC><Payee's Account Name><Payee's Account Number><Date of payment>

 

 

Eg: Hussin Raihan bin Jailani
     S91234567A

     Jailani bin Kamarudin

     123-456-789-2

     DD/MM/YY

 

4. Once payment is received, you will receive a second confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS within 2 working days, indicating your payment status.

 

5. Please print out the transaction receipt and present it during registration on the event day for verification purposes.

 

 

 

Refund Policy

 

1. Should you wish to cancel your successful and confirmed (paid) registration, appeal has to be made.

 

2. All appeals made before the 25th of February will be granted a full (100%) refund.

 

3. Appeals made from the 26th of February to the 3rd of March will be provided with a 50% refund.

 

4. Appeals made after the 3rd of March will not be entertained.
